Here at CFI, regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to CrossFit Incredible is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular CrossFit classes. These are our Fundamental classes. Taught by one of our experienced trainers, these classes are for first-timers only and meet three times a week. We have a 2 or 6 week option depending on availability.
Fundamental classes are kept to very small sizes to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the sessions, you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. Fundamentals is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes. Attendance and participation is mandatory, so if you are unable to make a session, contact one of our coaches who will work with you to reschedule.
