CrossFit Incredible’s 6 Week Transformation Challenge is about building a better you: physically and mentally. We have created an incredible environment for fitness and nutrition that will change the way you think, move and eat. And, our “Incredible” community is unlike any other gym that you’ve experienced: welcoming, humble, friendly, supportive and fun. Fitness is a lifestyle, and in 6 weeks, if you commit, you will live our lifestyle and transform your body and mind. Once your 6 weeks are completed, you will progress into our regular classes where we can continue to push you towards your goals.

Why Join The 6-Week Transformation Challenge?
Our 6WTC classes are one-hour long, three times a week, for six weeks. We offer six different group times for you to choose from. We limit our group size to 10 participants. Your coach will get to know you and your fitness very well. You’ll receive plenty of 1-on-1 attention as you learn the exercises and get comfortable with the workouts. Every class includes skill instruction, mobility & stretching, followed by a bootcamp-style workout. If there are movements that you cannot do, your coach will substitute or scale so that you get an awesome workout. This program is designed to jump start your fitness journey with our gym. Fitness isn’t just a 6-week challenge or any other gimmicky stand-alone program, Fitness is a lifestyle focused on putting yourself first! We are helping you create positive habits and patterns that will push you to exceed your goals and limits beyond what you think is possible! We are here to help you be the best version of yourself! Here's more about our program and this is how it will work:
  • Program Starts March 23rd continues until May 1st
  • Choose one of the six group schedules! Challenge participates will need to maintain their group schedule throughout the 6-Week Program. We offer a mixed group makeup day Sundays at 1:00pm for those who have to miss or make up a day from the week.
  • Group One: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:30am. Group Two: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:30pm. Group Three: Tuesday and Thursday 7:00pm. All Groups: Saturdays at 11am.
  • 18 customized, small-group classes (3x-a-week for 6 weeks) Designed to Transform your Body!

BUILD A FAT-BURNING MACHINE

Your “basal metabolic rate” (BMR) is the amount of energy (calories) that your body “burns” in a day of normal activity. BMR increases when you improve your fitness and get stronger. When your BMR increases, and you improve your nutrition habits, you lose weight. Our program will help you do both. Before you begin your workouts, we’ll test your “BMR” and your body composition – body fat % and skeletal muscle mass. This will be your baseline. Our Fit3D machine is one of the most accurate body composition testing machines on the market and only takes a few minutes. At the end of your 6 weeks, we’ll test you again to show you your amazing results – and your new baseline!

More than 500 people have participated in our transformation program. We have a lot of data. We know what works and what doesn’t. Most significantly, is a willingness to commit to the program. This is not a calorie-deprivation plan, nor a liquid diet, nor over-exertion workout system. We will provide you with a sensible, fun program that you can follow for life!   • Must have the discipline to implement our nutrition plan. Our program is gradual, it is tested and it works, but only if you follow it!
  • Must enjoy working in a positive group environment. You will likely develop friendships to last a lifetime.
  • Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is tough. We want people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all this hard work.
  • This is not a weight loss only challenge. All transformations are welcome.​
  • Must be committed to making this change. This will not work if you do not commit. We want to see you reach your goals as much as you do.​
  • Must leave your ego and makeup at home. This is a place where hard work is respected. It is a humbling experience that we’ve all been through.​
  • Must respect the rules of the gym. They’re in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best workout experience possible.

We were all once new to CrossFit. Trust us, you’ll be totally fine. Our experienced Coaches specialize in working with beginners. We have modifications for every exercise. We design each workout to your fitness level. We do this all day everyday.
5. I have an injury, can I still do the Challenge?
Absolutely, we can work around any injuries and modify the workouts to avoid causing any pain to your body.
6. Does it include a Nutrition Plan?
Absolutely! We will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. Our Nutrition Coaching is completely customized to your lifestyle.
