Founder’s Story

I originally got into CrossFit after years of strength training and powerlifting. At the time, I thought I was in great shape—until my first CrossFit workouts completely humbled me. Like a lot of people, I didn’t start CrossFit because I was good at it—I started because it challenged me. And that’s exactly what makes it so effective. What started as a way to push myself quickly turned into something more. I realized that being strong wasn’t enough—you also need endurance, mobility, and overall athleticism. That shift changed how I approached fitness and ultimately led me to open the gym in 2013. Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all backgrounds and ability levels. Because I had to learn many of these movements the hard way, through trial and error, I place a strong emphasis on proper technique, coaching, and building a solid foundation.
