Membership

Life changes, and sometimes your routine needs to shift too. We appreciate you trusting us with your fitness, but we don’t stand in the way of you moving on. We make the cancellation process simple and hassle-free. Please fill in the form below, and let us know if you have any questions. Hopefully this is ‘see you later’ and not ‘goodbye’. We’re sorry to see you go. To cancel your membership, please complete the cancellation form below.

Membership cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice. You may submit this form more than 30 days in advance and select the future date you would like your membership to end.

Membership dues are paid in advance and previously processed payments are non-refundable. Cancellations are not retroactive. If your requested cancellation date provides fewer than 30 days’ notice, you remain responsible for dues through the end of the required 30-day notice period, and any final partial billing period will be prorated as necessary.

If you are still within an applicable initial membership commitment, the early-cancellation terms of your Membership Agreement may apply.

Need a temporary break instead? A Membership Hold is available for $30 per 30-day period and includes up to two classes during each hold period.
