Evgeniya brings a strong foundation in gymnastics and a deep passion for movement to her coaching. She began her CrossFit journey with us over seven years ago and quickly stood out for her natural athleticism, strength, and exceptional mechanics. Her dedication to improving her craft led her to transition from athlete to coach, where she has continued to grow and make a lasting impact.

Starting with a focus on gymnastics, Evgeniya developed a keen eye for body control, technique, and efficient movement. She later expanded her expertise into Olympic weightlifting, further strengthening her ability to help athletes move safely and perform at a high level.

As a coach, Evgeniya is known for her attention to detail, supportive approach, and ability to connect with athletes of all levels. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about the people she works with, creating an environment that is both motivating and welcoming. Her combination of skill, experience, and character makes her an invaluable part of our coaching team.

As a coach, Evgeniya plays a key role in both the athlete experience and the overall success of the gym. In addition to leading classes and working closely with members on movement quality and performance, she contributes to programming and helps ensure workouts are thoughtful, effective, and aligned with our training philosophy.

Beyond the coaching floor, Evgeniya is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the gym. From supporting organizational and managerial efforts to helping maintain a positive and structured environment, she consistently goes above and beyond to keep things running smoothly.
