CrossFit Incredible is a 3,600 sq/ft. fitness and coaching facility located in Menlo Park, California. We take great pride in offering a clean and safe environment for our members. We have personally customized every inch of our facility ranging from the layout of the flooring to the painting on the walls. We also added a customized 50’ foot Hulk rig. This cross functional lifting apparatus is designed with versatility and customization in mind to accommodate multiple lifting, gymnastic and strength platforms.
We offer group and individual coaching utilizing the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. At CrossFit Incredible you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. It means that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. Our goal is to enable you to perform at your best. For some, this may be important for athletic purposes or performance enhancement. For others the goal may be to have sustained energy and lose body fat or increase job performance, sleep, and quality of life.
In case you haven’t heard, CrossFit is about the people. After years of training, competing, and teaching, Co-Owners Tucker John and Alyssa Baza have made it their goal to have every single member become successful. Don’t have an athletic bone in your body? That’s ok! Commit your time and effort and we will do the same. No one is ever turned down, criticized or denied. Everyone sweats and everyone works hard. Period.
Tucker has been involved in athletics his entire life, ranging from years of wrestling, baseball, and playing football. Growing up a gym rat he is no stranger to a weight room. He has always had a passion for fitness and the process of achieving goals. After competing in powerlifting, he started working out with mixed modality training with the mindset of staying in shape. It took some convincing but after strategic persuasion by Alyssa, Tucker attended his first CrossFit class. Needless to say, it was a humbling experience. Being strong was one thing, but to combine metabolic conditioning and being able to maintain that strength was a challenge. This love for fitness, training and competitiveness formed the beginning of a strong partnership. As he learned more about overall fitness, he discovered that it is a lifestyle – a journey. Tucker is determined to help athletes learn from his experience and give them a similar upper-hand over their competition. Tucker currently works in cardiology as a cardiovascular sonographer at Stanford Hospital. He is passionate about helping and motivating people to be the best they can be. He finds nothing rewarding than helping others reach their goals, achieve new personal records and successfully overcome obstacles that once appeared unattainable.
