In each session one of our dedicated coaches will guide you through the fundamental movements of CrossFit and ensure that you are performing them safely and effectively. After the instructional phase, you’ll engage in a CrossFit-style workout that will push your limits and leave you feeling accomplished and invigorated. Be prepared to break a sweat and enjoy the thrill of challenging yourself.
As you become proficient in the foundational movements, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to our regular CrossFit classes, where you can fully immerse yourself.
