WHAT TO EXPECT

In each session one of our dedicated coaches will guide you through the fundamental movements of CrossFit and ensure that you are performing them safely and effectively. After the instructional phase, you’ll engage in a CrossFit-style workout that will push your limits and leave you feeling accomplished and invigorated. Be prepared to break a sweat and enjoy the thrill of challenging yourself.

As you become proficient in the foundational movements, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to our regular CrossFit classes, where you can fully immerse yourself.

BEGINNERS PROGRAM

We’re excited to have you join our community of dedicated athletes. To ensure a safe and effective transition into our dynamic CrossFit program, we’ve designed a comprehensive onboarding process tailored to your needs as a new member.

Your Onboarding Journey

Your introduction at Cross Fit Incredible begins with 6 personalized, 1-hour sessions. These foundational classes are designed to build a strong base in the core movements that define CrossFit.

  • Master the Basics: We’ll focus on proper technique in essential movements like squatting, hinging, and overhead movements. You’ll learn and practice key gymnastic movements and be introduced to the power and precision of Olympic weightlifting.
  • Mobility and Mechanics: Our expert coaches will assess your mobility and body mechanics, providing personalized adjustments to optimize your form and prevent injury. We’ll help your body adapt to the intensity and volume of CrossFit training.
  • Confidence and Competence: Through personalized attention and practice, you’ll build the confidence and competence needed to excel in our group classes. Our coaches will be with you every step of the way, providing feedback and support to help you master the fundamentals of CrossFit.
