CrossFit is a fitness program that combines cardio, weightlifting, and bodyweight exercises into varied daily workouts. Classes are typically one hour long and led by certified coaches who teach proper form and technique. Every workout can be modified to suit your fitness level, making it accessible for both beginners and experienced athletes. You’ll work out in a group setting (called a “box” instead of a gym), but each person exercises at their own pace and ability.

We offer an intro course or foundations class for beginners. This teaches you the basic movements and helps you transition safely into regular classes. Click here to learn more
Beginners Program
We recommend starting with 3 classes per week to allow your body to adapt to the volume and intensities of this style of training. As you become more comfortable and build strength, you can increase the frequency of your sessions.
