Found this place through some IG ads and was skeptical . Before I signed up for “the challenge” , I went down and checked it out . I looked in the office , no one there . I asked where the manager was and over came Tucker , who was highly involved in a class that was actively going on . We talked awhile and I knew I had some major issues to deal with ( don’t we all ) , but Tucker gave me assurance that he would be able to help me out . From day 1 , it just felt right ( it’s indescribable). The positive environment and people in their own lanes come together and just grind for hours on end . I can’t say enough ( like most crossfitters ) Tucker has helped me be ( I know it’s corny ) a better me and I am so thankful and grateful that I found this place and am proud to call it “my gym”.
Of all my experiences of having lived in the Bay Area, hands down one of the most rewarding and enriching experiences has been my time spent at CFI. Aside from the ridiculously massive gains achieved, there are two more things I want to mention:
1. Tucker’s programming is top-notch and his ability teach is first-class. He will be your go-to resource for all things health, fitness and wellness related. I learned so much.
2. The CFI family is unlike any other. I felt like I could show up any day at any time, and feel like I was at home with family. If I didn’t have more obligations in life, I definitely would have spent even more time at the gym with everyone.
I wish I had more eloquent words. The search for the best gym in the Bay Area is done. This is it!
These people are fantastic. Tucker has form down to a science, which is incredibly important. The rest of the trainers are tough when they need to be but love to have fun in the process.
Every workout is powered by the all-important boombox and pure adrenaline. Plenty of CrossFit humor to go around and chasing Tucker’s times and maxes is an ever-motivating practice. Join and get ripped! Class times are flexible and coaches always work with you whatever level you’re at on a particular day. Push yourself.
CrossFit Incredible earns its name – it’s an incredible facility with instructors like Tucker and Lauren who meet you where you are and build on that. They take a personal interest in participants. This is more than a great place to work out and improve your physical conditioning – it’s a community that helps each other. Check it out – you’ll be glad you did.
Tucker is a great trainer. I signed up for his 6 introductory classes. It was really great to learn the moves in a small class before diving into one of the regular classes.
Working out at the gym isn’t easy. But getting there shouldn’t be hard.
